Pebble Beach at Lake McDonald is one of the most popular and famous places in Glacier National Park, and for good reason. While it may not have the huge mountains surrounding the lake, the rocks that can be seen through the shallow water and the jagged peaks on the opposite side of the lake are beautiful. Unfortunately, the only time I got to see the lake was in the mid afternoon. Even in the harsh light the scene is quite beautiful
