Paris, France

Going to Paris, I knew I wanted to try some street photography. Street photography is not really my thing, but I really enjoy Valerie Jardin’s street photography podcast and I enjoy the hunt for a good image and not having to be limited by the light and weather.
This particular image is probably one of my favorite street images I got during our 2 weeks in Europe. I like the combination of the subject, the metro, the colors and dark shadows of the subway.
I still don’t like being obvious when shooting random people so this one worked out nicely as I had my daughter posing just outside the frame so it looked like I was taking a picture of her!
