I had packed up my tripod as the time my bus was supposed to arrive, but a little light leaked through a pocket of clouds in the distance so I quickly grabbed the shot hand-held. As you can see, I had to open my aperture way up to shoot fast enough to avoid motion blur. I am happy with the results and it speaks to the depth of field difference you get with a crop sensor camera, which can be a huge advantage for travel photography where you don’t always have access to a tripod.
