If you are in Lisbon, you have probably read a bunch of articles telling you that you have to ride the famous Tram 28. I am here to tell you it is not worth it. As you can see, it is insanely crowded. It also is not reliable and you may get stuck waiting forever like we did multiple times. While we were waiting for one that would actually stop to let us on, I spotted this guy hitching a ride.
