Wallace Falls State Park, Washington

This is the last image I made on our hike out of Wallace Falls State Park. I stopped to make this image because there was a perfect gap in the trees that showed this river bend with lots of boulders creating some white water and the fallen tree right across the focal point.
This is an hdr image where I took three exposures and merged them in Lightroom. Because the sun had risen only above some of the trees at this point, some areas had hard light while others were left in shadows so I employed hdr to get a uniform exposure.
