Valley of Fire State Park, Nevada

My whole purpose in going to Valley of Fire State Park this day was to do some astrophotography so I wasn’t even bummed when there was no sunset. I used that time to scout locations for some night shots. I had a vision of light painting these cabins and the red rock beneath the night sky. Unfortunately, the Park Ranger showed up just after dusk and kicked me out of the park. This is one of the images I made while I hung out here for a couple hours scouting locations and waiting for night to fall.
