Panther Creek Details

Gifford Pinchot National Forest, Washington

July 24, 201750 mm: ISO 200: 1/4 sec.

As impressive as Panther Creek Falls is, there are only so many foregrounds to use after a couple hours of shooting.   I decided to bust out the Lensbaby Composer Pro II Edge 50 and play around.  As always, the 50 mm focal length limited my options.  It was especially difficult at this location as I was struggling with my 18 mm.  With those difficulties, I decided to just pick out the most interesting parts of the waterfall and play with the selective focus there.
