This is a focus stacked composite of two images. The obvious mistake in this image is the washed out falls that lost most of their detail. I was trying to hurry because there was a lot to see and a lot of hiking left to do in not much time. Because it was just after sunrise, there was very little light and I just wasn’t thinking about what my long exposure was going to do to the details and texture of the waterfall. Nevertheless, I think it is an interesting perspective and I love the framing of the waterfall by the two logs.
