Lights Everywhere at the Arc de Triomphe

I tried a number of spots around the Arc to get different light trails.  It took quite a bit of time to time the lights just right to get the trails going in both directions.  I got a lot of interesting looks from drivers by as I perched between the lanes of cars with just enough room for my tripod.
