Horsetail Falls is just west of the famous Multnomah Falls and it was an easy stop just off the highway with no hiking so it was a no brainer to stop and see it on my way back from Panther Creek Falls. I have been to Multnomah Falls a million times, but never knew this waterfall even existed until I looked at the Really Good Photo Spots app that Improve Photography put out. The great things was I had no trouble finding a parking spot to visit this waterfall. It took me about an hour to drive the rest of the highway and the parking for every single other waterfall spot was entirely full.
I am testing out Plotograph for a future article and this was the first image I tested it on. I figured the strait water falling would be pretty easy to manage. For those that don’t know, Plotograph is a software that lets you manipulate portions of an image to apply motion. Here is my first attempt.
