Butterflies at Spring’s Preserve

Las Vegas, Nevada

Butterflies are not my thing, but I can’t help myself from making images every time I take my daughter’s to the butterfly habitat at Spring’s Preserve in Las Vegas.  They really are beautiful creatures and I can’t help myself.  These are my two favorite images from our visit last April. I really should invest in a good macro lens, but it is just unnecessary with 98 percent of what I shoot.
