This was the shot I had planned out. It mostly came together how I wanted except I was hoping to be able to get a little further away from the Arc, but there was a cross walk directly behind me so this was best symmetry I could get. It was really tough to get the lights on each side to compliment each other. I ended up taking multiple exposures and then I used luminosity painting to pull a couple extra red light trails into this exposure to make the sides balance a little better.
