On our way back from Goldfork Hot Springs, the winding river was too impressive not to stop and shoot. I did not even notice this family of geese until about 10 minutes into my shooting because they were so small in such a huge landscape. As soon as I saw them, I zoomed in and tried to frame them in an interesting scene before they disappeared into the long grass moments later.
